One hundred and sixty miles of glorious sunshine‚ dry roads‚ fantastic scenery and company. The adventures of Plymouth Bikers‚ Sunday 15th August 2016 saw twenty four bikers on seventeen bikes enjoying a day riding the roads of Devon and Cornwall‚ Lots of different bikes‚ and some great food. The staff at Chequered flag did us proud‚ served us a fab fast breakfast‚ coped well with the numbers turning up and loved the waving the chequered flag to send us off safely. Loved the day and hope the video does it justice and reminds us of this fab day in the future. Roger‚ Pam and Neil joined us for the first time so a big welcome to you guys‚ Rob came back out for the second time‚ so we can’t be that bad‚ Julie traveled all the way up from Hayle to take the ride with us‚ that must of added another one hundred plus miles Wow! Loved her new bike. Talking about new bikes‚ check out Stu’s new Triumph 1050‚ very nice. The rest of the crew‚ well just great people and a pleasure to ride with‚ good competent riders.
The journey took us down across into cornwall to visit Port Isaac for a spot of lunch‚ before a great run back around via Lifton then home. Thanks to Dot for a great job on tail end. NEXT ride out Sunday 28th August weather permiting.
