Sunday 7th August ride update.

After the group left Plymouth the weather picked up and the roads were dry.
Twelve bikers set out with Steve taking the lead and Chris and Sam as tail end so thanks to them. We has a quick meeting to decide that the best way to miss the rain was to head to the north Cornwall coast as Graham and Julie had come through heavy rain to Plymouth.
Welcome to Chris for the first time too.
We headed out to Tavistock and then picked up the lamerton road to Launceston and on to Bude for a pit stop.
On to the A39 to Bideford then to Torrington for a cream T in the Orford Mill what a welcome from the owner of this fantastic complex! (Grahams choice of venue ).
The final leg to Winkleigh Copplestone Oakhampton and then fuel stop at Sourton. On to Lidford then on to Brentor and Graham brought us to yelverton via Gulworthy.
In all 160 miles with a fantastic group on the best of roads.

A big thanks to Steve for the photo and blog.
P.S : We would try a ride out next Sunday to get out of sync with the PAM ride week.
